GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Scope
The company Reset your life (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “I,” or “We”) provides its services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). These GTC apply to all legal relationships between the Company and its clients, even if they are not explicitly referenced.
The version of the GTC in effect at the time the contract is concluded shall apply. Any deviations or supplementary agreements with the client are only valid if confirmed in writing by the Company.

Contracts may be concluded in person, by mail, via messenger, email, during the initial consultation, or through the website.
By commissioning the Company’s services, the client acknowledges and accepts these GTC.
The subject of the contract is the provision of the agreed services, not the achievement of a specific result. The Company does not guarantee any particular economic or financial outcome.
The Company may involve assistants, expert third parties, or other agents in the execution of a consulting contract. However, legal and tax advice will not be provided, as these services must be supplied by the client.
Services are based on data and information provided by the client. The Company checks this information for plausibility, but the client is responsible for its accuracy and completeness.
- Confidentiality
Anne-Marie Seekings is obliged to treat client information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. Upon request, employees, freelancers, or subcontractors may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Offers and Fees
The version of these GTC and the fees valid at the time of booking apply.
Promotional offers or discounts may be limited in time or quantity; no entitlement exists.
All offers are non-binding and subject to change. Fees are stated in euros, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
The fees published on the website or agreed in the contract apply.
Unless otherwise agreed or covered by a third-party approval, the client is responsible for payment of the consulting fee.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due immediately upon invoicing (within 7 days) and without deduction before the first consultation. Retention or offsetting of fees is only permitted if the Company acknowledges the client’s claims or they have been legally established.
For online orders, clients are redirected to a secure payment page.
When booking online courses via a payment portal, there is no right of withdrawal as the service is provided immediately. For installment payments, the client commits to paying all installments as agreed. In the event of a missed installment (after written notice and a grace period), the Company reserves the right to terminate the installment agreement and demand immediate payment of the remaining balance.
- Contract Duration and Termination
The contract ends at the agreed time. It may, however, be terminated early in writing for good cause. In such cases, remuneration is as follows:
Full payment is due for services provided up to the termination date. For services no longer required due to early termination, fees are waived to the extent that the Company saves costs or generates income by reallocating resources or intentionally refrains from doing so.
- Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for all in-person courses, coaching sessions, and retreats not purchased online. Withdrawal must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations
For cancellations of in-person courses or coaching within 14 days, a flat processing fee of €100 applies.
If not otherwise agreed, cancellation fees are as follows:
- Up to 3 weeks before the appointment: 50% of the price
- Up to 1 week before the appointment: 75% of the price
- On the day of the appointment: 100% of the price

All documents provided to the client are included in the agreed fee unless otherwise stated. The copyright for these materials remains solely with Anne-Marie Seekings.
Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or make the materials available to third parties, in whole or in part, without written consent.
- Insurance
Clients are fully responsible for themselves and their actions during and outside consultation sessions and are liable for any damages caused. We recommend that clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
- Liability
The information and advice provided in consultation sessions and accompanying documentation are carefully considered and provided by Anne-Marie Seekings. These services are purely advisory; no specific outcome is guaranteed. Liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Place of Performance, Jurisdiction, and Applicable Law
All disputes arising from these terms are governed by German law. The competent court for any disputes is Trier, Germany.
- Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these GTC is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The parties agree to replace any invalid provision with one that is economically equivalent.
- Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions remain unaffected.
